Packet Pick-up before the race is at the Hood River Inn, and Fit Right Northwest
Packet pick up will take place at two locations. On Saturday October 16th (weekend before event) from 10:00-3:00 at Fit Right NW, just off NW 23rd in Portland. We are very excited to be able to offer this location!
Our second day of packet pickup will be held on October 23rd at Best Western Hood River Inn, between the hours of 4-8:00 PM. You will also be able to pick up your packet race day, October 24th between 6-7:00 AM. We hope you will make every effort to pick up packet before event day at one of our two locations.
How do you get to the Hood River Inn?
The Best Western Hood River Inn’s spectacular setting is also spectacularly easy to get find. We are located just off I-84 at exit 64 making us 64 miles from downtown Portland and just 55 miles from Portland International Airport.
This is no bumper to bumper freeway drive. This section of I-84 may be one of the most beautiful sections of highway in the world, made all the more pleasant by the light to non-existent traffic. After exiting at Exit 64 take a left at the bottom of the ramp and take the first right (after the westbound off ramp) into the Inn’s entry drive.
For your convenience there are Shell and Chevron gas stations on the property. Click the map below for a larger version of the property map.
Race Start for the Marathon and Half-Marathon is located at Portway Ave in Hood River, Oregon. Take exit 63 off of I-84.
The Race Finish is located at Port Marina Park in Hood River. To get there by car take exit 64 off of I-84.
You may also walk between the start and finish by crossing a pedestrian bridge that goes above the Hood River.
